Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If you buy EQBase Pro and change your mind for any reason, tell us within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.

How to get a refund

• Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout (or your order number), or
• reply directly to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time, from the app's Account screen (Manage Subscription) or via the My Orders page from your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

And remember: the free tier is free forever, so you can always try EQBase as long as you like before upgrading.
