Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If you buy EQBase Pro and change your mind for any reason, tell us within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.

How to get a refund

• Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout (or your order number), or
• reply directly to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated and Pro features switch off; your settings and presets stay on your Mac.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time, from the app's License window (Manage Subscription) or via the My Orders page from your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Forgot to cancel? The same 14-day window applies to a renewal charge: tell us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

The fine print (there isn't much)

This policy is voluntary on our part and sits on top of, never in place of, any rights you have under local consumer law, including the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal. We only reserve the right to decline a refund beyond what the law requires where the policy is being abused, for example repeated cycles of buying, using, and refunding the same product.

And remember: EQBase's free tier costs nothing and has no time limit, so you can always take as long as you like to decide before upgrading.
